Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Cedar Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
