Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
