Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Ironwood Stone Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
