Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
