Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
