Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
