Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Insurance and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
