Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Sable Staffing places workers with employers around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
