Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
