Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Construction Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
