Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Nest Staffing is a Memphis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
