Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
