Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Iron Insurance and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
