Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Ember Staffing is a Kansas City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
