Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Honolulu, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client sites clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
