Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Fort Worth plant. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
