Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Union Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
