Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Keystone Arts Center Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
