Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Detroit serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
