Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Chicago area. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
