Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Wren Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
