Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Charlotte plant. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
