Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
