Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Iron Manufacturing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
