Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
