Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Austin, TX)

Bright Fox Staffing is a Austin staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
