Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Freight and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
