Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
