Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
