Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing places workers with employers around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
