Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
