Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Partners is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
