Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
