Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
