Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing is a Seattle manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
