Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Environmental Services and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling recycling loads. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
