Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova West Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
