Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Diego, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
