Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Glen Banking Services is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
