Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood River Staffing Associates is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping.
