Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Rochester, NY)

Silverline North Financial serves customers across Rochester with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan applications. • An existing network in the region.
