Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Rook Press Group is a printer and publisher in Rochester serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around print quotes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling print quotes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
