Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around clinical evaluations clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
