Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Birch Foods and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ingredient orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
