Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
