Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Farms is an agricultural business based around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
