Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Foods is a Grand Rapids food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
