Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Summit Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Grand Rapids with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
