Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the New Orleans region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
