Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling online orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
